New Paradigm College ("NPC") is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational institution and event center located in Lake County, California. The unique site is at the “Lucerne Castle” which has a history dating back to the 1920s in an area known for its ancient lake and native peoples.
NPC's founding mission is to educate a new generation of leaders while creating a more beautiful future for Lake County, CA.

Highway 101 North past Ukiah
East (left) on Highway 20
35 miles to Lucerne (40 minutes)
Left on 13th Avenue.
From Sacramento
I-5 N to CA-20 W/State Hwy 20 W in Williams. Travel 58 miles, Take exit 578 from I-5 N
Turn left onto CA-20 W/State Hwy 20 W
Travel on Hwy 20 for 51 miles to Lucerne
Turn right (northeast) on 13th Ave toward Country Club Dr
Go 1/4 mile to where 13th turns into Hotel Rd ( after you cross Country Club drive)
